The CEO thinks of engineers like EC2 instances that can be shut down and brought up at any time. If work is there he will hire in bulk and then he will ruthlessly get rid of those people once the job is over. Ownr is Fearless,Ambitious and has potential to achieve the impossible .

Dislikes

Unfortunately, unlike the owner the Leadership in Senior Management in R&D, Sales, Service, Sourcing and Manufacturing are Weak and Timid, Haven't handled Pressure in earlier jobs most of them are retired ex employees of OEMs. All Yes Boss employees. For Owner it is better to have Wise Competitors than having Foolish Senior Leadership.
