High material attrition. No coherent strategy. Poor product leadership - the CPO is notorious for screaming and shouting at employees and forcing people to work on weekends.

Ola gives surprises 😀 in terms of learning, growth and salary hike which was happening genuinely basis performance between 2014-2017.

Dislikes

Since 2018, people got changed and favouritism started up. So shocking thing was layoff become trendy every year during salary hike. Ola moves the process to vendors.

Unfortunately, unlike the owner the Leadership in Senior Management in R&D, Sales, Service, Sourcing and Manufacturing are Weak and Timid, Haven't handled Pressure in earlier jobs most of them are retired ex employees of OEMs. All Yes Boss employees. For Owner it is better to have Wise Competitors than having Foolish Senior Leadership.
