Some of the managers are very good (very less managers) and supportive, they always very cool and they know how to work with their team members.

Dislikes

I don't like some managers and team leaders playing Politics, no proper training to executives, managers also don't have a product knowledge, they only giving pressure on executives, no proper service to the customers, very slow service providing to the customers, giving fake assurances, even on holidays also they're asking to login, not giving proper leaves, if someone is doing good and they're very friendly with their colleagues then some managers targeting that person to fire, forcefully extending the executives logout time, no proper annual salary hikes and many more issues we don't like in this company....Read More

Work Details

With my ex managers i am very glad to work with them but once they left that company no one is giving proper response.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
