Seeking advice on Salary earning

Dear Friends, I am currently working with a reputed Stainless steel company in India and associate with this company since the inception of my career in 2009.I completed my B.E.in 2009 and MBA in 2020 . My CCTC is 12.5 Lacs only which is too low as per industry average and I have not received any promotion in the last 6 years . I think long association with a single company is undervaluing yourself. Kindly guide How much salary should I ask for if I move to another relatable company and justification for this hike ?? Kindly assist ,Your insight are really helpful to me.

Working at Ola Cabs had been a good experience.I was in the company almost from the days the Leasing Business Model was launched and have seen the company grow from just four cabs to a fleet of 8500 cabs in a short span of 2 years.Probably,this is the only company in the country that gives an opportunity to the partners(drivers) tohave an earnings of 25000/- to 35000/- per month,with an investment of,as low as 35000/-.The work environment,teammates and the job satisfaction are all fair enough....Read More

The disparity in the salary structure can be taken care of along with the redressal of partner/driver grievances in an effective manner.
