working at ola is just awesome I have never seen any organization which allows employees to act on their own but abiding by company guidelines. They give us freedom asks to use our strategies.

Dislikes

there is nothing specif to dislike but the way recruitment is done is seems shocking there are low pay to the employees who comes from the same educational backgrounds.

Work Details

we are a marketing team and also act as sales boosters.we are the one who you face at metros railways hospitals and airports at ola kiosk in the main cities of India.we also have access in raising complaints manually if our partner or customer misbehaves.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)
