1. There is nothing good about OLA, there is no vision of the company’s management. Their focus keeps changing every week. 2. The top management always ask to do useless stuffs which is never related to any sales growth. 3. No one takes any advice or sugession. 4. Any day any one can be layed off without any reason and without any settlement amount, and the company always asks for a voluntary separation otherwise threatens for loss of pay. 5. No appraisal for the last 2 years. 6. They have not paid the variable salary to the senior employees for the last 2 years saying there is no fund now. 7. No ethics of working. 8. As company runs with bare minimum manpower, always forces to do other departmental jobs too. 9. Most of the time they mail a work to be done in the late night and forces to complete the task before midnight of early morning....Read More

Unfortunately, unlike the owner the Leadership in Senior Management in R&D, Sales, Service, Sourcing and Manufacturing are Weak and Timid, Haven't handled Pressure in earlier jobs most of them are retired ex employees of OEMs. All Yes Boss employees. For Owner it is better to have Wise Competitors than having Foolish Senior Leadership.
