Chimcha's company Manager supermecy Only manager reviews considered. Most of the employees taking bribe for cab attachment , driver onroad- off road, Every region manager having chimcha who collect bribe from all the city executives. Fake date and presentation shown to senior level management.

Didn't find any good thing about OLA. The company shows that they have a good culture but it is as real as an unicorn.

Poor Management. No communication. You are expected to work 24/7 and you are expected to pick up calls, doesn't matter if you had completed a 30 hour shift.
