Worst HR and their policies. Chapri HR is there. They don’t share HR policies they told me we cannot share HR policies this is in our HR policies what non sense. Please do not join this company completely fake in terms of R&D. I left in 2 months only and i got my fnf after 5 months

That it is trying to explore its motto towards EV domain and also trying to localize all its vehicle parts in India which was Chinese all these years which people & govt didn't knew.

Dislikes

Worst HR People with their HR polices. They are so unethical of their work culture. Employee motivation zero. Job security zero. When the base foundation I.e, HR people & department is worst, disgusted & unethical then employee would resist there for long time instead of employees leaving within 6 months of joining.
