Very grateful to work at Lohia auto industries my past experience in the field of engine development and vehicle resting. But at Lohia auto I get experience in the sheetmetal fabrication and battery operated vehicle I got opertuniti to support the costomer care department also.

THEIVES/THUGS formed & operating the company named as 'Lohia Auto Industries'. They sign agreement on CTC which includes Bonus, PLVS, Leaves which they never payed in salary. From my LWD on 30.07.2019 till date they didn't payed my Full & Final payment of Rs. 47,268/-(Bonus+PLVS+EL) which they collected over my tenure there. Ayush Lohia, owner of the company even didn't bothered about it when I reach him several times. He is controlling this loot through HR department. Totally unprofessional HR department. The company uses latest technology and advance methods. Workshop staff, store staff are friendly and helpful.

Office politics is something company needs to tackle. Nothing is great for new employee. They pay salary in cash, no PF deduction no benefits for employee. No job security No canteen No coffee machine No activities Staff on management level are not at all friendly, helpful
