Terrible work culture, it is going down the drain every day. Only hiring from one company. Founders are biased. Abusive language is used by founders. Team's efforts are not recognised. No appreciation No clear communication regarding any process. Delayed salary payment, appraisals, bonus. I would not recommend anyone to work here.

I dislike everything here. No flexibility. Toxic work culture. Chaaploos new employees from a specific organisation.
