Helped in making me realize the amount of potential I have to build own business

Culture is pathetic, Heads of Companh have their relatives working in different plants and teams who are preferred and on their wishes people are being fired from the company. Company has done mass layoffs in last 2 months has given in form of PIPs with unachievable targets to showcase that there is no cost cutting. You cannot trustanyone here, HRs do not hold ant power, micromanagement of CEO and COO. Developed a culture of numbers only where people do not have any power to say. Appraisals are offered to people who are their favorites, ESOPs is a lollypop given to every other individual....Read More
