I will never recommend you to join Ofbusiness. This company can never give you job security as the working culture is like a lala company. No fixed target, No HR control, Hiring Firing everyday, No sheet to track your data of sales, etc All you need to keep working.... Most of the people leave this company because of politics and culture issue.

Management wants to sell products in credit with 18/24% interest per annum which makes it a very tough to justify before buyers. This company is working like a financing house. To hire and retain people, hr team always run a story of listing in stock market and ESOP, please guys don't be trapped, it was a start up, it is a start up,it will remain a start up. The management has no vision except selling higher finance rate. They used to spoil the relation with buyer by asking extra interest cost.
