I was assigned I Teva pharmaceuticals gajraula. It's a big plant. Soo much to learn. Good regard for safety.

Too much pressure. Working for engineers lasts to 10-12 hours daily. Very bad work culture. No incitement No job security REMOTE location

One of the worst company that I seen there is no management system there is no leaves like CL /PL ,if you have CL/PL leave but they can't give you leave in any how. Duty time not fixed . No promotion opportunity.

Inefficient supervisor group. Client management side work pressures. Lack in safety implementations, always tries to compromise the safety & quality. Overall safety of client site is compromised.
