Being a company which focuses on talent there is lot of opportunity for learning, if you can manage.

Dislikes

Each BU is working independently which hinders communication and this causes and add complexity to work of cross functional and support teams. The stress levels are high whic is not due to routine work but associated tasks which are not part of your work.
