Appraisals are absolutely neglected. Rare promotions as very limited hierarchy is there. People are working for years on the same position / designation. No involvement of HR in any of these things and lack of policies.

I like NOV when it comes to the culture, career growth opportunities, job security and company ethics and standards are outstanding. I enjoy and happy to be part of this team.

You have to better negotiate for a better salary and not cry and creep later on . Because here the appraisal cycle is not that great.

It’s good . Obviously when you have to deliver the results and commitments you got to extend your time and that is your call. But the management never forced anyone instead you will be loaded with commitments and target dates to achieve.
