Work pressure is less. The staff is young and open to change. Management is Ok OK. Work timings and leaves are flexible and easy to take.

Growth is a little bit slow. There is not much to learn from your seniors. Too many approvals are required for work to be done.

There is too much to learn here if you want the knowledge. But promotions are not there ,minimum need to spend 2-3 yrs at one post. Financially you will be stuck at one payscale only very less increment.. so I would say very good for retirement if have a good package. But if its start of your career then dont stay more than 2 yrs.
