Teammates are good and supportive. Training is given properly for further updates also. Travelling depends on candidates. Job location is good. Politics is equally important these days in every organisation (from small to big). Learnt new things. Work environment is very nice and in a systematic way. Overall as a first job.... Nice office for the job.

Compensation is terrible with slow growth and low appraisal. Late markings with salary cut and no leave encashment options and even though leaves are available still you need to beg for it. There is component in salary of ₹2000 if you take a unplanned leave or even a planned or a sick leave it will be deducted for the respective month salary. It feels like they eager for a chance to deduct salary....Read More
