Best in the hospitality sector and well known brand. Reputed company gets you easy access to corporates. You will have job security they do not fire anyone unless they do something unethical. If you have the right boss you will learn a lot.

Dislikes

No work life balance, you will be working on leaves, sick leaves, covid every day. They have a very rigid mindset which won't change due to it being a family business and things run the way they want it to. It is an old compaby therefore they do not take first mover advantage in any situation and wait till market completely accepts the new way for them to go ahead and adopt.

Back stabing, no scope for future growth, low salary, stingy people. Gaurav Seth will form personal grudges with over time without your knowledge and will make sure to make your hell.

I did not like anything because the staff are making dirty videos and posting on hotel groups The senior captains are planning this in banquet They tocher very badly and they also not let us work peacefully so please try to improve this

The staff is allowed to remove videos in washroom and senior captain allow them to do this in banquet they tocher their staff please try to solve this problem

The HR was really good & helpful. We worked in the hotel as a family. They provide staff facilities for the skill development it's helps alot.
