Oberoi group of hotels is a big name and it deems fit that it holds an importance in the industry. Being part of the company for so many years, I realise the service standards are indeed commendable. Lots to learn and various opportunities to execute your learnings as well.

I was very fond of the company when I first joined - all glamorous, full of productivity and learning. They take their dharma very seriously - guest first, company second and self last - so you will indeed be last to be considered for growth and development. Which means, promotions are rare and work life balance is terrible. Office environment is pretty strict - like we are stuck in the British era of hierarchy. Salary take only time to time otherwise No tip. There they say 10k tip,5k tip but at the end of the month give you rs300,400..like.

Very long working hours as a cashier only 1 cashier all dine restaurant 360. Terrible work experience, people not good in service. I didn't think I choose correct hotel. It's my mistake I choose oberoi hotel. I suggest if you want happy in your life do not join Oberoi Hotel new delhi. Guys i suggest no one think how much terrible experience.

I did not like anything because the staff are making dirty videos and posting on hotel groups The senior captains are planning this in banquet They tocher very badly and they also not let us work peacefully so please try to improve this

The staff is allowed to remove videos in washroom and senior captain allow them to do this in banquet they tocher their staff please try to solve this problem
