They made us work overtime and still don't pay enough. We do meaningless work, they just take our talent for granted. Team leaders are rude, they will exploit your talent for their own benifit. And the system of the company is worst.

Dislikes

The working culture and people's behaviour. Always try to discourage junior staffs. They are rude, non supportive and extremely cruel. They have no sense of language, and everyone keeps bitching about everyone else. You can trust no one here while working with this organisation.

I am working since 3 years and I observed that environment good, culture good, work friendly, supportive teammate, all over satisfactory.

Some of the uneven things.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
