Nothing the work culture is toxic I have seen if you perform little low then your team they put you in PIP such a competitive place beauty advisor don't even coordination all are busy bitching about each other

Dislikes

Everything , Manager, Regional manager everyone is super demotivating they pressurise you for sales and doesn't allow you take leave .Also manager warns you for sales each and every days .Once you join Nykaa you can't move to elca group (Mac ,clinique) for three months. Nykaa is a worst place to work
