Dislikes

Toxic work culture. They won’t even give sick leaves and expect you to work. The attrition rate is very high. AVPs and VPs are extremely rude and cannot handle a team. They yell at the their juniors to make up for their own incompetence. Efforts are never recognised. You’re a terrible employee and a bad investment if you don’t go above and beyond. People there have no ounce of professionalism. The entire workforce is built on politics and gossip and they feel entitled to know everything about people’s personal lives....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
