Politics in management. Site Employees are harassed and mentally disturbed due to HOD's harassment/pressure and then quit the job. No of site level hod's taking contractor side and torcher/pressurize employees regarding work front,speed of work. Casual approach towards site safety, labours safety. No on take responsibility. Salary on the 1st of every month, one salary incentive in a year, full Diwali bonus and leave 1.75 per month Sunday off. But if you work on Sunday, your attendance will be marked for that also.
