Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Timely salary,bonous. Also they paid balance paid leaves and comp off to employees.

Politics in management. Site Employees are harassed and mentally disturbed due to HOD's harassment/pressure and then quit the job. No of site level hod's taking contractor side and torcher/pressurize employees regarding work front,speed of work. Casual approach towards site safety, labours safety. No on take responsibility. Only says this is not in my scope. Never give any decision on actual site location by HOD....Read More

Nyati Group is a very fast growing builder in Pune. Lots of contracting projects in Pune and outside Pune. also. Salary on the 1st of every month, one salary incentive in a year, full Diwali bonus and leave 1.75 per month Sunday off. But if you work on Sunday, your attendance will be marked for that also.

I don't like this thing promotions do not happen quickly in this company.
