There is non technical staff as manager.Company take exam on every year but passed are non technical manager due to copy,cheats, mobile reading. It's so horrible in this company.Also zonal and managers didn't recommend new person for appraisal/increment.Too much time spending as 10 hours per day.Some manager at commercial project having habbits like woman type gossips.Technical staff at higher stage is less.New comers didn't promoted by older staff....Read More

Politics in management. Site Employees are harassed and mentally disturbed due to HOD's harassment/pressure and then quit the job. No of site level hod's taking contractor side and torcher/pressurize employees regarding work front,speed of work. Casual approach towards site safety, labours safety. No on take responsibility. Nyati Group is a very fast growing builder in Pune. Lots of contracting projects in Pune and outside Pune. also. Salary on the 1st of every month, one salary incentive in a year, full Diwali bonus and leave 1.75 per month Sunday off. But if you work on Sunday, your attendance will be marked for that also.

I don't like this thing promotions do not happen quickly in this company.
