Zero work-life balance. No support from managers and cross functional teams. With minimum number of engineering team members they push to finish the job. No useful trainings. For each error there will be new check list added. Yearly appraisal will take different way(different than what had been discussed) after you acknowledge the rating after discussion. Many times manager/leads will speak about employees job will be at risk of they won't do well(basically in a way to tell you will loose your job, if not extending and finishing the tasks)....Read More
