Salary hike at the time of joining, job security. Team with enough knowledge and spirit to take challenge.

Dislikes

Zero work-life balance. No support from managers and cross functional teams. With minimum number of engineering team members they push to finish the job. No useful trainings. For each error there will be new check list added. Yearly appraisal will take different way(different than what had been discussed) after you acknowledge the rating after discussion. Many times manager/leads will speak about employees job will be at risk of they won't do well(basically in a way to tell you will loose your job, if not extending and finishing the tasks).

Happy HR without properly laid down processes. Management driven!

Dislikes

Though legacy company, still works in start up mode with No job security, left to the whims and fancies of the manager, no roadmap for the hires, no value for the data, basically startup culture with lack of dynamic leadership supported by hire and fire culture. Always person driven and No value for data and processes. Always at the mercy of your manager! Join at your risk!

Likes

One of the best companies in terms of Work Life Balance. They also use latest technologies and provide a good time for learning as well. No micromanagement in Maximum cases. They also give importance to Work culture and employee collaboration by arranging events like games, sports days, birthday celebrations etc. Overall very happy.

Politics very very much...India head want only his people work in this company..he is just a idiot person
