What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: In this position, you will be:
Office Management: Handle and maintain office supplies, equipment, and Housekeeping staff to ensure the office environment is clean, orderly, and conducive to a productive work atmosphere Supervise the maintenance and repair of office facilities and equipment. Coordinate and handle vendor management Support employee engagement initiatives and develop a positive office culture. Coordinate training sessions and professional development activities. Implement and make sure office policies and procedures are followed. Provide administrative support in the onboarding process Support in Hotel Contracts / Agreement and travel booking for guests. Handle administration budget and build reports monthly. Support in all miscellaneous activities related to the office.
