There is no growth,no learning scopes,unprofessional behaviour, and Jobs insecurity. People get trolled if they asking for innovation and ideas. If anyone like to play with his/her career and ready to waste time they can join. Only good part is salary get credit on time.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
