Top Management is Very Clear regarding their Goals, Work pressure is High, but this is Genion as every one wants Progress, So some times Top management may not notice to their for individuals, But they watch every one and gets Rewards for their performance.

1. No hierarchy in organization. 2. Management does not give authority to to any one at any level, except responsibility. 3. Poor vendor payments. 4. No professionalism within organization. 5. Management does not trust upon any one you will find CC TV in office every where except toilets :) even GM / VP are being monitored by management full time like they are not trustworthy. Worst company worked in my 20 yrs professional life. Management is happy with those who always bow in front of them. If you are hard working all goes in vein if you don't want to flatter headquarter team because management listen only to them even they are 1500kms away from factory. Regarding timings morning 9am is fix but in evening factory head always want you to stay upto 8pm or more because he also wants management to to show that see so many people are working till late evening. During lockdown 2020(21 days) management paid full salary to each individual, we were very happy that our MD is very kind hearted but can you believe that from past 13 months they have revised salary structure in minus by 8%, 12%, 15% & happily deducting salary of each person. Kya ye wohi baat nahi hai ki 4 din Khana khila kar pure saal khun chusa. I resigned from factory in March 2021 & today is 8 may 2021 , still waiting for my salary & full n final settlement. So if you are free, no liability on you come & join Nuberg to experience the worst case scenario of your life otherwise as you wish. I will resign in 1 july 2020 due to third class work culture of company . Not provided timely payment to all Employee. They not release my Statutory bonus & performed linked bonus ( March 2019 to march 2020) which is include in our CTC and told us that due to COVID 19 Lockdown we are not able to pay in this year so please neglect it in this year not expect regard bonus in this year may be provided next year to continue of employment . Even after my resignation and notice period completed on july 29, the company management & account department not provided my salary of july 2020 and full and final amount to me as on date 4 th december 2020 . ALso HR manager told me after many follow up taken that we are face financial problem in our company . Really The third class management of this company .
