Top Management is Very Clear regarding their Goals, Work pressure is High, but this is Genion as every one wants Progress, So some times Top management may not notice to their for individuals, But they watch every one and gets Rewards for their performance.

Seriously Speaking My work is Very Challenging as i have to focus, PPC Means Production Planning & Projects so some time it is Difficult to achieve targets But My top Management supports Every Time
