The work life balance is pretty terrible if you are selected for site work. There is no appreciation and only expect blame game from your management. Current leave policy is terrible while the benefits for going abroad to a site is unchanged since a decade. Salary and promotions are basic unless you threaten them with resignation. 1. Camera is installed in every desk you have fear to pick your mobile phone. 2. They didn't allow you to go outside, only lunch time you are allow to go outside. 3. There is nothing for learning new things all system is copy and paste. Also they didn't have software to work. 4.there is tough task to servival for new joining due to old person have politics. 5. Desk is to much small that they didn't feel to work on it. 6. If hr and md will work on employee welfare then nuberg will improved for 10 year there is no improvement of employees welfare like camera policies , salary etc. 7. If you taken leave then they will take you proper justification regarding this. 8. There is no learning for experience it is better to you join small lal company there you can freedom to work and grow. 9.all in nuberg are frustrated they want to change job but unfortunately they didn't get it. 10. Old company but didn't improved every Saturday off, lal things that they focus on work even though you have to come on Saturday and Sunday. 11.even nuberg give hike salary but don't work there when I was working there I didn't feel comfortable for work place. I fell that it is central jail. 12. Sector 136 there is new building for nuberg it is became useless untill if you didn't removed camera policies and salary improvement, employee come and go didn't work you long times. What is used of new building. 13. There is no overtime of extra hours, manager was you to work only, if you have family problem then they will take proper justification for that. 14.
