I like to work in NTT data due to my job which is data analyst .

The project has not professional environment . All are busy in gossips and leg pulling

Work Details

I work as a data analyst in one of the project i.e.sensormatic. In this project I use SQL and tableau to make reports on real time data of retail industry like shopping malls, stores of big brands which are established globally.

No transparent policy of appresal, bonus and promotions. Too much internal politics.. weekend on call for just 250rs. 31 days working. Resource crunch. Too less salary. Too much authority to manager. No to and fro transport.

Everything. I joined Dell Services, but ever since NTT Data acquired Dell Services, it has been like in HELL. Worst policy and worst HR team. All the clients are taking back their projects because it's not Dell anymore. NTT Data also forced the policy of 10 hours of shift in a single day.

Your salary will never grow as you are not relative of any manager or from uttrakhand. Those from there they get 80-100% hike in a year wow. For the people who don't have backup all rules need to followed by if you are from uttrakhand rule can be broken in terms of promotion salary hike and other benefits etc.

First of all management only some people can grown who are manager relatives No scope of promotion what ever you do its doesnt even metter. If you rise HR case dont know how they know. They hirring unskilled person and taking money from them etc.
