More opportunity one can learn but the management has appointed the person who is lacking the basic skill sets.

This is not the UK based company but rather a Lala type company, where professionalism is zero. Senior/Managers have no skills, rude to their juniors, using local abusive words in conversation, no appreciation, if you say something then they will keep telling don't use your brain, highly insecure about their position & job, they don't like smart people as they have a fear of losing their position so they push your down mentally and show to management as they have done everything to take the credit and good appraisal. Some of them here doesn't even deserve the position or title the company has given them. Lack of clarity in the work, high level of confusion which leads to frustration and waste of time, in house work tracking system is adding more into it senseless work related timelines with limited resources are making their employees life miserable. Some people here think of themselves as the Dammad of the owner, means that they will never get sacked and these people are blaming for non-completion of work on to their team members who are actually talented but not having the Dammad factor, so in the end they will resign that is the only option left because management has no eyes, ears & mind....Read More
