A lot to list down here: #Indian team is terrible slow and a decade backward on the digital front. #Most departments are terrible like classical Indian culture where employees are overworked and underpaid. I can name few like RAC and other so called research departments. #Politics is everywhere. Either you fit or get isolated ruining your career here #No budget for anything. Once a good company now terrible beyond saving in some departments Old people looking for a place to stay ready to do anything(I mean it) to convince manager this is your perfect place.
