Overall nothing big but miss a strong HR in a company of this size.We had an earlier HRBP in CSS who was just awesome it is very sad to see we cannot hold on to people in few months time mam left us.Huge respect and regards for the amount of ground reality she had the way she would route our concerns with leaders and managers and yet question leaders respectfully.Today it is a one way track one we do not know who is a HR second the one who is there thinks she is VP HR than a hrbp never seen never heard off.pathetic....Read More

A lot to list down here: #Indian team is terrible slow and a decade backward on the digital front. #Most departments are terrible like classical Indian culture where employees are overworked and underpaid.
