There are some people in different different departments that they don't have a manner how to behave with there junior staff members like trainee apprentice assosiate etc. Senior have to learn this thing's

1- no proper off 2- so much of work politics 3- partiality in staff 4- no proper fixed duty hours always employees doing 16-17 hours of shift 5- no appraisal 6- company said work for 9 hours that's not true 7- personal life and family life destroy 8 - locals employees suffering lot

The hotel is good n is well located n there r lots of things to learn grown n be in the same team as such as i know that's all from my side I was thinking of getting promotion or something else it's been 2 years working here so I was hoping for that to get it soon as the year was going to end so i hoping for that soon.
