It is a very relaxed environment. not much work as most of the work is done by vendors.

There is a lot of regional favouritism. If you are from Andhra/Telangana, there is growth. Else, you will be in the same band for 10 years. Every two year there are transformations. That impacts your work. Current leadership team has moved to Hyderabad. They do not have that business knowledge.

Owing to India being a low income country Innovative Pharma MNCs are not keen on betting on this market and hence are undergoing too much change too fast that can have a detrimental impact on job security

Previous leadership had changed the culture antagonistic to the core values of the company which are now being rectified but will take many years to undo the negative impact

Laid back, Best for someone who wants a boring job with good pay after having 5-6 years of experience. Great work-life balance and company culture.

Dislikes

Highly hierarchical structure. No scope for promotions without completing the 2 years per role requirement. No competitive salary. No challenging tasks. Anything more complex than a drag and drop would be delegated to some consultancy.

No growth in the organisation, you need to be a slave under someone to seek some growth, leadership won’t trust the individual.

No growth unless you have good connections and your capability and talent would not help you to grow here, very unfortunate
