Laid back, Best for someone who wants a boring job with good pay after having 5-6 years of experience. Great work-life balance and company culture.

Highly hierarchical structure. No scope for promotions without completing the 2 years per role requirement. No competitive salary. No challenging tasks. Anything more complex than a drag and drop would be delegated to some consultancy.
