They will treat you as a kid and the manager will interfere in your personal life too and order you about do's and don't in life. whether you are giving your 100% or else you will die there, you will be humiliated in front others and higher authorities just to satisfied their ego Even if you are going out for a tea break manager will ping you every little time. It's a never ending dislikes, but most importantly manager will never takes any blame on his shoulder despite he will put you in front of everyone and will humiliate you just to satisfy his ego.
