There are a few projects where they let you directly own the client interactions. If you are lucky to be in one such project you'll be least bothered by the management at Nous

Micro management Poor quality projects( mostly) Hikes and pay is not up to market standards

Here pressure is creating to complete the work, if you stuck no one here to pull you out. Only managers are blaming to team members. I don't recommend any one to work in this organisation.
