I have joined Nous as a fresher and all my professional growth happened here. This is a decent workplace and the management always take care of the employees and tries to keep them happy. I have received many positive feedbacks and recognition here at Nous than anywhere else in my life. My personal confidence level also increased a lot over these years. I feel more comfortable and supported here. There are many good projects and clients in Nous where we can show our excellence and also we can grow professionally. During my transition from a fresher to a senior role I have worked with multiple clients and in multiple projects. The knowledge and support I got over these years working with them is a treasure for me. The different departments in Nous is also very good. The people or co-workers here cares for each other and their support and assistance is priceless. I think nothing.. Nous is the worst company I have ever worked so far.. Management doesn't know anything...from bottom to Top the whole management creates plans. They are completely lost people, don't know how to run management
