Salary given is less compared to other IT companies in Bangalore and there is not Cab facilities and nothing else is provided other than salary to their employees(like Diwali bonus, Dasara gifts, birthday voucher etc) Basically no other benefits other than salary.

Please don't fall in this trap, they will fool you in every way, especially in Rakesh's team which is Medinous Project. They will treat you as a kid and the manager will interfere in your personal life too and order you about do's and don't in life. whether you are giving your 100% or else you will die there, you will be humiliated in front others and higher authorities just to satisfied their ego Even if you are going out for a tea break manager will ping you every little time. It's a never ending dislikes, but most importantly manager will never takes any blame on his shoulder despite he will put you in front of everyone and will humiliate you just to satisfy his ego. The higher authority should take actions against about whom the are giving resposibilities in the name of company and should be aware of why employees are leaving the particular project....Read More

Company tries to keep employees happy but lot depends on Client and expectations from the client. HR department is good because of HR Leadership. Salary depends on Project. Overall Nous is a decent workplace and tries to keep employees happy. Lots of internal training and initiatives.

There three things : overall everything depends upon project: your manager and especially the allocated buddy. More than manager everything depends upon your buddy (who is supposed to be ideally someone who will guide n help you get onboarded and have your kt sessions)...But here there is a twist... Some of the projects have typical people with political attitude... They will be your buddy who will make 💯 effort to divert you and throw you out of the organisation by playing games against you and then you will be directly or indirectly forced to resign. So beware of the buddies. If you get a buddy who is unnecessary talking to you instead of giving proper kt, diverting you from the kt topics to unnecessary talks...then you are in very danger zone .....Read More
