Job security, work life balance, free food, free transport, reward system, most of the policies are employee friendly. You get to learn a lot and no one will stop you from learning. A lot of extra curricular activities which help the employees bond.

Dislikes

The only thing to disliked while i was working was the director Mr. Sandeep Padhye. He single handedly brought the work culture and the quality down to ashes. The attrition rate has jumped up. That was the only thing that went up while he was the director. If he has quit you are good to join Symantec.
