Absolutely nothing!! Very toxic environment and the organisation boast about being a century old and still promotes a very toxic culture. I was directly attacked and biased on basis of marital status and ethnicity which violates the DEI policy.

Dislikes

Everything. I felt intimidated constantly by my manager and the other leadership groups. If you perform well be ready to get laid off because u r a potential competition to them. Also, a contract even though does the exact or more amount of work that a regular employee would do, still when they have to report and incidence of racismor retaliation there's isnt a channel that Northern Trust provides the contractor. Contractor are treated like dustbins which they dispose of as and when they please to. So never accept a role at such a toxic place. Not worth it. No matter how much they pay! It's disgusting the way an regular and a contractor has been distinguished. You don't get the welcome kit or goodies that all the regular employees get and they make u sit in the same room during the induction so u can feel humiliated and embarassed about the whole culture that's being promoted at Northern Trust. I never would recommend anybody to join here. Had a terrible experience....Read More
