The organisation is good but there is a lack of employee growth, promotions and other benefits like appraisal and bonuses. Organization doesn’t provide employee training for new joinee and don’t provide appraisal and bonuses on time. The increment amount is too less as compared to other banks. Initially it was fine but now the scenario has been changed alot. There are no training session and company asks its employees to work on Holidays.
