1. Juniors are future pillars of the company is what company is thinking , seniors pls resign or get terminated 2. One man show company you will understand meaning of this once you get hired 3. No permanent support staff including HR and admin 4. Don't raise any questions or request to management then the question itself will be in policy of how to not ask any question 5.
