No work load is the big likes which will help not to learn anything

1. Juniors are future pillars of the company is what company is thinking , seniors pls resign or get terminated 2. One man show company you will understand meaning of this once you get hired 3. No permanent support staff including HR and admin 4. Don't raise any questions or request to management then the question itself will be in policy of how to not ask any question 5. Real man who joins this company will feel terrible of the previledge women employee get (even GET women employee is empowered strongly) married women employee feels like CEO of the company 6. Bond bond bond (service agreement) be very careful as they will make you feel like life threatening 7. First time in my life I have seen a company which gives pre maternity WFH option which means to get pregnant itself you can avail WFH 8. Constant policy change & highly male female discrimination 9. 9 hrs strict timing even 1 minute miss out is your half day salary fine 10. Many things to say: 1.It is like Taluk office/Gram Panchayath office. 2.No work culture/No Standard protocol 3.Everything is running under only decision that is VP at Chennai 4.No HyBrid No Food 5.Main part is if we need to go washroom that is also biometric and pathetic washrooms entire others people also accessible. My suggestion is to not to join this company
