Good for freshers Employee Insurance amount

1. Lack of Trust on Employee 2. Expecting loyalty by giving the bond 3. Poor management 4. Not well organized 5. Policies are not transparent and you never know what unless someone tell you about their experience 6. No local HR 7. HR sits in Bangalore and I hope recruited only to send mails about new joinees.Never responds. 8. Management create a process which is not in Policy and never known untill management tells you 9. Make sure to have 3months of salary inhand for the survival in notice period 10. Differentiation in the benefits 11. Flat structured. All the technical employees other than Freshers are with specialist designation irrespective of their experience 12. Poor work culture 13. Too much micro management 14.
