Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. Being a Govt. company Job security is the only good. Except that nothing is good here.

Unsafe work environment. Unsafe plant and machinery. Work moves at a snail’s pace. Acute manpower shortages. Accident prone work place. No proper canteen arrangements and engineers have to wash the utensils after eating in canteen. Unhygienic washrooms and no proper cleaning manpower or tools. Dirty and dusty offices.
